1. Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information about the visitors and users of our Services. We may collect this information either directly when you provide it to us or automatically as you navigate through the Websites or App.

(b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information, that does not by itself identify a specific individual.Such information tells us about your equipment, browsing actions, the resources that you access and use through the Services, your operating system and browser type.

(c) Device Information (For Apps Only). When you download our App and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and the operating system version, so we know the best application version to provide you with. We do not ask you for, access or track any location based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our App or Services.

We might collect the following details:

• Android ID (for Android mobile devices)/Advertising Identifier (for iOS mobile devices), your IP and browser/OS type and version – in order to identify users that don’t register by email address and to prevent malicious behavior.
• Push token – in order to send you updates or news. Also, our service (like Market Trends and Algo Trends) is using push notifications when alerting you about market events/rates, that you choose/set on our platform. Please note, that you can block all push notifications coming from our app by forbidding access to push data in device settings.
• Storage Besides collecting mentioned data, we might use local storage in both desktop and mobile devices to keep your last settings for your own convenience. This might include stuff like: order of your assets in Market Trends, chart settings, like: type, timeframe and multiscreen setup on chart, etc. These details will be saved as long as you use our services, you can delete them any time by cleaning local storage on your browser/mobile device.

We will collect only “must have for proper functioning” information. We are NOT processing data or transferring any of your personal details to any 3rd party although some of 3rd parties (like Google Play payments or Adsense/firebase), can ask for your details. It is clearly stated, that providing your details to 3rd parties is on your solely responsibility and desire, We have no control of 3rd parties.

2. WHERE WE STORE DATA

Personal info: The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a secure destination. It will be processed only by our staffs who work for us. Our support team has very limited access to your info. We may use your info for customer support and in-house monthly report/analytics purpose.

Device/Browser info: The data we collect are store in Google analytics, Google firebase and Google adsense database. It is save and secured by google.

We will use reasonable degree of care to protect the Collected Data (SSL or higher) from unauthorized access.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your information with any third party service except Google, analytics and firebase for Reporting purpose.

4. CANCELING YOUR ACCOUNT OR DELETING PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

If you want to delete your information Like name, email and contact info, So you need to contact us, we will delete your info.

If you are a Paid Premium member and would like to cancel your membership, log in to your account and go to My Account, and find "Delete Account" button and press it to delete your account. You can also contact us through our website Live Chat or contact support@fcsapi.com. For API users you can change your paid plan to free, and delete button may not visible to all users, you can send us email for delete account.

5. DATA SECURITY

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. When you buy/subscribe to our service we do not save your info (email,name, Credit card etc), it is just between you and third party payment gateway. We save invoice/price info and actions that you perform on our site, to maintain your account and paid invoice history for reporting purpose and save it on secure place. 

6. MOBILE ANALYTICS

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the App, the events that occur within the App, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the App was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personally Identifiable Information you submit within the App.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page (with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the home pages of the Websites). If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ information, we will notify on app/website and on this page.

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make material changes to how we use Personal Information collected from you, we will notify by email in order to obtain verifiable consent for the Personally Identifiable Information.

8. API Prices and Signals

We collect latest data from different exchanges world-wide to gives you best and updated prices, and it is not necessarily real-time nor accurate and so prices may not be accurate and may differ from the actual market price. For Signals, Pivot points, indiators, performance and MA lines data, we use authentics formulas to calculate selected currency indicators values. And our signals are only for visual market direction view and for educational purpose only. Our signals are not developed for trading purpose. Therefore we doesn`t bear any responsibility for any trading losses you might incur as a result of using this data.

9. API and Widgets usage rules

All prices and indicators signals are copy right content of FCS API, our some services are Free to use, but non commercial purpose only. If you want to display data from our API to your website/App, you must mention our name, LOGO, and website link on same page.
When you collect data from FCS and directly show on your website, its not allow. You must use prices data with some business logic.
Allow Examples: currency calculator, profit calulator, today rates (limited)
Not Allow Examples: Real trading app, or any thing that represent you as an exchange or broker. (without permission)

Our Rights

We reserves the right to change any and all content contained in the Sites and any Services offered through the Sites at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change any of the prices, conditions or policies of the Site, at any time in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or provide limited support to our customer.
