Welcome to FCS API Affiliate Program

The FCS API Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our services. As an affiliate partner, you will receive a unique referral link to share and earn 20% commission on all successful referrals. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation in our affiliate program.

How to Join & Get Started

Getting Started is Easy:

• Step 1: Create a free affiliate account at FCS API Affiliate Signup
• Step 2: Verify your email address to activate your account
• Step 3: Login to your affiliate dashboard and get your unique referral link
• Step 4: Share your referral link on social media, blogs, websites, or with your network
• Step 5: Earn 20% commission when your referrals purchase any paid plan
• Step 6: Complete your bank/payment account details to receive payouts
• Step 7: Request payout when you reach minimum $50 and 3 successful sales

Commission Structure

Earn 20% ONE-TIME Commission on First Subscription:

• Monthly Plans: You earn 20% commission ONE TIME on the first monthly subscription. For example, if a user subscribes to a $49/month plan, you earn $9.80 one-time payment.
• Yearly Plans: You earn 20% commission ONE TIME calculated on monthly price. For a $588/year plan (avg $49/month), you earn $9.80 (20% of $49) paid once.
• One-Time Per User: Each referred user generates commission only on their initial/first subscription purchase. Renewals or plan changes do not generate additional commission.
• Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to how many users you can refer. The more users you refer, the more you earn!

Commission Examples:

• Refer 10 users on $49/month plan = $98 one-time (10 × $9.80)
• Refer 20 users on $99/month plan = $396 one-time (20 × $19.80)
• Refer 50 users on $588/year plan (avg $49/month) = $490 one-time (50 × $9.80)

Note: All commissions are paid ONE TIME per user on their first subscription only, regardless of plan type (monthly or yearly).

30-Day Commission Hold Policy

Important: All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period from the date of purchase. This policy is designed to protect against refunds and subscription cancellations.

• Pending Status: When a user purchases through your referral link, the commission is marked as "Pending" for 30 days.
• Available Status: After 30 days, if the subscription remains active and no refund was requested, the commission becomes "Available" for payout.
• Cancellation Protection: If a referred user cancels their subscription or requests a refund within 30 days, the commission will be cancelled and removed from your account.
• Tracking: You can view the status and remaining days for each commission in your Commission History page.

Payout Requirements & Schedule

Minimum Requirements to Request Payout:

• Minimum Sales: You must have at least 3 successful sales/referrals (users who purchased and completed the 30-day hold period)
• Minimum Balance: Your "Available" commission balance must be at least $50.00
• Complete Payment Details: You must complete your bank/payment account information in the Bank Account section

Payout Schedule:

• Frequency: Payouts are processed monthly (Net-30) on the 30th of each month
• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after request approval
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Payeer, Perfect Money, Skrill, Binance
• How to Request: Go to Payouts page and click "Request Payout" button
• Approval Process: Our team will review and approve your payout request within 24-48 hours

Cookie Duration & Tracking

We use cookies to track referrals and ensure you receive credit for your marketing efforts:

• Cookie Duration: 30 days from the first click on your referral link
• First-Click Attribution: If a user clicks your link, your cookie is set. Even if they click another affiliate's link later, you still get the commission
• Purchase Window: The user has 30 days to make a purchase after clicking your link for you to earn commission
• Real-Time Tracking: Track clicks, referrals, and earnings in real-time on your Dashboard

Referral Link & Promotional Guidelines

Allowed Promotional Methods:

• Social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Blog posts and articles about FCS API services
• YouTube videos and tutorials
• Email marketing to your own subscriber list
• Website banners and links
• Online forums and communities (where allowed)
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) - with proper compliance

Strictly Prohibited Activities:

• Self-Referrals: You cannot create accounts and purchase plans using your own referral link
• Spam: No unsolicited emails, comments, or messages containing your referral link
• Misleading Claims: Do not make false promises or misrepresent FCS API services
• Brand Bidding: Do not bid on "FCS API" or related branded keywords in paid search campaigns
• Cookie Stuffing: No automatic cookie setting without user consent
• Incentivized Signups: Do not offer cash or rewards to users for signing up through your link

Commission Cancellation & Reversal Policy

Commissions may be cancelled or reversed in the following situations:

• Refund Requests: If the referred user requests a refund within 30 days, the commission is cancelled
• Subscription Cancellation: If the user cancels their subscription within the 30-day hold period, the commission is cancelled
• Fraudulent Activity: Any detected fraud, abuse, or violation of terms will result in immediate commission reversal and account suspension
• Chargeback: If a payment is charged back by the customer's bank, the related commission will be reversed
• Policy Violations: Violations of our promotional guidelines or terms will result in commission forfeiture

Account Termination & Suspension

FCS API reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
• Fraudulent or unethical marketing practices
• Self-referral or creating fake accounts to earn commissions
• Spamming or using prohibited promotional methods
• Misrepresentation of FCS API services or brand
• Repeated refund requests or suspicious referral patterns
• Inactivity for more than 12 months

Note: Terminated accounts forfeit all pending commissions and are not eligible for payout.

Program Changes & Modifications

FCS API reserves the right to modify the affiliate program at any time:

• Commission Rate Changes: We may adjust commission rates with 30 days prior notice to active affiliates
• Terms Updates: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of new terms
• Payout Requirements: Minimum payout amounts and requirements may be adjusted with notice
• Program Suspension: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the affiliate program if needed
• Notification: Major changes will be communicated via email to your registered affiliate email address

Tax Responsibilities

As an independent affiliate partner, you are responsible for your own tax obligations:

• All commission payments are made without tax deductions
• You are responsible for reporting affiliate earnings to your local tax authorities
• FCS API does not provide tax advice or documentation beyond payment records
• Consult with a tax professional regarding your affiliate income obligations
• Payment processing fees (if any) may be deducted from your payout amount

Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

Brand & Trademark Usage:

• You may use FCS API logos and promotional materials provided in your affiliate dashboard
• Do not modify, alter, or create derivative works from FCS API branding
• Use brand name "FCS API" correctly - do not use variations or misspellings
• Do not imply official partnership or endorsement beyond affiliate relationship
• All intellectual property rights remain with FCS API

Disclaimers & Limitations

By participating in the FCS API Affiliate Program, you acknowledge:

• No Guarantee: FCS API does not guarantee specific earnings or results from the affiliate program
• Independent Relationship: You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of FCS API
• No Liability: FCS API is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred through affiliate activities
• Service Changes: FCS API services and features may change, which could affect referral conversions
• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for tracking failures due to ad blockers, cookie blockers, or technical issues
• Payment Delays: While we strive for timely payments, delays may occur due to verification or technical issues

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations:

• Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be handled through good-faith negotiation
• FCS API decisions regarding commission eligibility and account status are final
• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws regarding affiliate marketing and taxation
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FCS API regarding the affiliate program

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an affiliate account and using your referral link, you acknowledge that:

• • You have read and understood all terms and conditions of this Affiliate Agreement
  • You agree to comply with all promotional guidelines and restrictions
  • You will not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited marketing activities
  • You understand the commission structure, hold period, and payout requirements
  • You agree to check these terms periodically for updates and changes
  • You accept that FCS API may modify or terminate the affiliate program at its discretion
  • If you disagree with these terms, please do not participate in the affiliate program
